Death messages show in Instant Action but not Multiplayer. Why?

because you did it wrong !
you need to edit your ini file at 2 lines ... have a closer look

I haven't touched any INI file. Honestly, I don't even know where to look.

But in my opinion and from a programmer's standpoint, the only reason the INI ever existed in text format is so that people could edit it quickly in emergency situations. Not as a replacement to an options menu.

Epic feels differently. If we had to wait for the menu to work, none of the options would be options. Tweak the INI.

bNoConsoleDeathMessages was FALSE when I checked it. Any others I need to consider?
