¿When do you fight Vs Scythe, Malcom, Matrix, etc?

When I killed Akasha the game just finished....Is that the end of Campaign mode?

Yes. That is the end.

yup The battle versus Malcom etc is in UT4 mwaha

You had to choose those battles, it's too late now. Malcom will tell you about the choices you can make, but they didn't bother to tell you which match represents which choice, so you sort of have to guess. Pick one, and if Reaper starts talking about the one you didn't want, exit your game, restart, and pick the other.

By the way, that wold be nice to have a story mode inside this great game

And wait forever for the game to unload, then load? Nah, there's a quicker way:

1. Press F10 to open the console.
2. Type showmenu and press Enter.
3. Press F10 to close the console.
4. Click Main Menu.
