Custom Characters Question

I have recently finished the campigan but it seems like i got half of the characters... i can see much more of them at instant action bot archive. What can i do to have more characters ?

Nothing. Those extra bots are just variations of the characters you can choose, just like you can tweak them in the character creation screen.

"unlockallchars" unlocks most characters, 3 additional characters and 3 additional pieces of armor you have to edit the ini files for.
