Forcing Team Colors?

Is it possible to force team colors on your char in DM and on the bots through the CustomChar.ini?

if it works through the ini, what would I need to add?

I really like to play with Team Colors on cuz I've been mixing some parts from diffrent teams/races and it looks really ugly when using Default colors in DM..

so.. is it possible if so, how?

Thanks for the link, just one last question tho.. how long is it supposed to take too load a map with customUT? I waited for about 10-15 minutes without getting into the map.
