you can change them under the settings area. Mine are far different from stock. I like using the arrow keys as they are seperate from all the other keys with no chance of hitting the wrong ones. I have my crouch and jump rebound as well as some of the primary weapons. Also have the hover board and impact hammer bound to my mouse for quick easy use.
I use the default keys, and I have to admit I frequently jump on my hoverboard by accident and get fragged.
As Killerus said, go into settings/input and press "configure keys" or something at the bottom of the screen. There you can change most of the keys to something you like more.
It shouldn't be uncomfortable however. You should check the way you're seated to make sure it's ergonomic, as well as the incline of your forearms and the angle of your wrist.

Spent about a decade before I finally settled on this

those settings sound good
is there any way u can post them so I can use them
or post a screen shot of the input menu?
and by the way im using a xps 1330 with a t5250 processor , 2.5 gb ram, 128mb 8400gs card and I play the game at highest resolution and texture and world at 2, vivid, and that percentage thing at 100percent (not sure what that does)
