***SPOILER WARNING!!!!!*** Dont read on if u dont want to know!!!!!ok, so today i was playing campaign, killed akasha in the duel and then woah, jesters dead, malcom is a backstabber and malcom is " next" ( in cinimatics) the i get the credits. it left campaign on a cliffhanger, is there gonna be a ut4? where reaper is out to get malcom or something?

Maybe in a bonuspack to UT3, or indeed in UT4, Reaper's story will continue. Personally, regarding Single Player, I'm looking forward to Unreal 3.Comment

Unless it is somebody who works for Epic, I don't think anybody can do anything but guess at the answer to your question.
However, I would venture to suggest a possability: the idea of "continuing content". That is to say, Epic may give us periodic downloads continuing the story, adding new content, etc. Too much to hope for? Maybe not. Look at the success Blizzard Software had with World of Warcraft doing just that sort of thing. It would also explain the noticable lack of game-types compared to previous UT games. Why give us everything all at once when they can spread it out over time, thereby keeping people guessing and keeping them interested.Comment

A bonus pack or an expansion is more likely. The chance of seeing UT4 probably wont be around within another 4 to 5 more years with Unreal Engine 4.Comment

It breaks my hart to say it , and i salute your dedication to the game , I see by your tweaks threads and helpful comments you are a lover of UT as am I , I go back to when UT demo was first released ( as I guess you may too ).
Sadly there is a price you pay when you have great success , especially when you begin to embrace the culture of major corperations that are backing you .
I hope I am wrong , and will gladly pay up if i am wrong, but I can see no other reason behind how shabby things have been with UT3 .
Remember it will be done when it is done , and how through the crazy release times ( especially UT2003) Epic help out and kept us waiting so long becaouse they wanted to give us the best most polished game they could .

I have always said, if they would have inserted ut2k4 gameplay, menu browser, into the UT3 engine, changed a few vehicles (actually just add a few) it would be a superb game. Instead, it feels like UT99 all over again, except with a 2k3 flavor..
