Crosshair Coordinates Thread!

Hi all, i have a question. I have been playing UT3 for 2 weeks now and i want a different crosshair. Tried the coordinates in this thread and tried brad's tweaker which are both awesome but not what i'm looking for.

This is wat i want. This is a screenshot from Mokum X Insta Server and i changed my crosshair into the little x.

Can somebody tell me how i adjust my settings to have this little x while playing instagib? Thank you very much!

First of all, thank you very much!
This is a huge improvement already. Not exactly what i want but i could live with this.
Isn't there a way to adjust the picture with crosshair used by these coordinates? To put my little x in there.
