          Anyone gotten it to work? I did just as the change log suggested and neither in the shockrifle portion or [UTGame.UTWeapon] does anything change.

            CustomCrosshairCoordinates=(U=469,V=52,UL=5,VL=5)

            Gets a decent corner, Г crosshair.

            I can't fudge a small X with this coordinate system but:

            CustomCrosshairCoordinates=(U=349,V=10,UL=6,VL=7)

            gets a almost passable +.

            @Krille. Works for me. Added the lines and nothing?

              Yeah, installed beta2 and added the lines, nothing changed what so ever.

                Krill, are you doing it at the UTWeapon part? You can't do it per weapon.

                Are all of you guessing these numbers or what?

                  this has to be the worst way to make your own custom crosshair, hey lets not make it simple, let's use idiotlanguage to explain it too.

                  someone please make this ****** friendly cuz obviusly it means **** to me... how can the texture be 10 by 10 if it only supposed to show 2 pixels on the screen

                  jesus ****ing idiot christ

                    Apparently you can:

                    I have no idea why Krille cannot get it to work. Perhaps beta 1 is required? Altho' unlikely as afaik beta 2 contains everything in beta 1.

                    U and V refer to the upper left corner of a section of the crosshair texture, Ul and Vl refer to the size of this section. You need to add one to both the size variables in some situations for some reason to display it properly.

                    The texture is located in UI_HUD.HUD.UTCrosshairs, or in the zip file at the bottom of the OP here: http://forums.epicgames.com/showthread.php?t=587632

                        You guys have to set the crosshairs to "Simple" on the weapons menu.

                          If that's so, how utterly counter-intuitive.

                            Color code to put under the weapon =

                            CrosshairColor=(R=255,G=255,B=255,A=255)

                            Then change the numbers to the desirable color (google the color codes)

                              I didn't use one crosshair from the retail game in 2k4.

                              What's really bad is they didn't provide us with the option to do so this time around. Crosshairs in UT3 sucks imo.
                              2k4 had a lot more usable crosshairs. Check your facts.

                              And I never had a problem using them because they offered both the dot and 2 different shaped cross'es that worked like a charm.

                                Yes works when I added simple crosshairs, a **** shame about that, I really liked the RL dynamic crosshair and most other crosshairs.
