Once again it's because they were going for cross-platform play which requires them to be similar. But now that they're not doing that they're working on UI changes, so sit down and take a breather. Give them a chance.

I love the game (not to sound too much like an NBA commercial). I don't care what the UI looks like; I'm only looking at it long enough to find someone to kill and/or be killed by. I repeat: I love the game. But the lack of options compared to older UT games is just glaringly silly. But, that's all been covered. I can't add anything to the already well-known list. However, there are a few things that do stand out to me, so I'll waste my time repeating them:
The Manta is unfairly quiet.
Something is wrong with DM on-line. It needs to be fixxord. I've heard from several friends, and have noticed myself, that on some DM maps online CPU usage jumps up to 100% .......... not a good thing.
Plz change the faces of some of the characters on thier bios to unique pictures instead of clones of major characters. No need to change the bots themselves (I don't look at their faces whilst I'm pwning them

errm...has anyone mentioned the stinger? it's horribly good.

- Link's Beam way too short.
- Flak's primary spread is too wide and the arc is too high on secondary. Also splash damage and radius too low on secondary.
- Shock Combo radius and damage should be a little reduced.
- Avril should only track enemy vehicules if you right click on it.
- Bio's primary damage upped from 21 to 25.
- Stinger's damage and accuracy for the primary, reduced.
- Tank having a bigger splash radius.
- Shock cores damage at close range going from 55 to no more than 50.
- Shock core making Viper and Manta, bounces like in UT2004 so we can stand a chance against them.
- More gibbing and blood, mostly for the robots.
I'll stop wasting my time since Epic isn't going to read it anyway.
