i think it shouldn't be too hard to code that with the knew type of player models.. the mutator would only have to force the "santa hat" instead of the usual helmets that you can put on your character in the "edit character" menu..

If you know CWL clan, every xmas they used xmas hats on players, they also had a red backpack, and flags were replaced by xmas trees.

On their public server that is.
