I'm Getting Rid Of The Manta!!!

I can hardly wait till the author of SwapTool comes out with the UT3 version so I can get rid the manta. Noobs just use to run over people. It takes no f...'n skill to run over people!! With SwapTool I can get rid of the manta completely and swap it out for another vehicle lets say a Dark Walker or what ever. Ill do that on my server thats for **** sure as soon at it comes out!!

if you are getting rid of manta's remember that vipers are just as bad and scavengers are built with a purpose of mowing infantry better then a manta. I love playing infantry bowling with that thing.

Just incase alot of the new people didnt know "V" in 'Vctf' means "Vehicle".

Like others are saying, if dieing to vehicles as infantry really bothers you, either dont play as infantry or dont play with vehicles.

I like the vehicles an as far as running my server Ill run it as I see fit. Thats what is nice about using mutators!

Also I'm thinking of making it a Rocket Whores Server.. meaning rockets only server. I had one in Halo and It was awesome and very popular

Vehicles, including the manta, are the the only things keeping this game relevant. Get an Avril.

I have no problem with dying to vehicles.
No problem with getting slaughtered by dark walkers, leviathans, or tanks.

I do have a problem with being slaughtered by a FAV hovercraft.
If the guy wants to disable it let em..
I'm hoping for a mutator that will allow me to weaken it.

Manta reminds me of the Ghost in Halo 3. Running people over with it is really effective. There are ways around being run over, though.

I guess removing the manta entirely is one of them.

The payments are a pain and the personal liability premiums are just through the roof on those fans. I'm thinking about trading it in for a scorpion. The Manta gets better mileage, but the cost of insurance coverage and maintenance is just too high to justify based on Izanagi's contractor compensation package.

If you cant find a AVRIL, then another good weapon against a manta is another vehicle, preferably scorpion.

The manta is the least of an infantry's worry.

The patch should be enough to allow you to take it out without an avril.

The stealthbender or whatever it's new name is will be the infantry's real problem.
