enabling the console?

It's lame they changed it to F10. For no reason that I can see.

Really lame that you have to go inside the ini to bind it to another button instead of being able to do it in the game's options.

I've set mine to RightCTRL.

console and miniconsole are currently on F10 and tab respectively. if you want to move console back to tilde:

open utinput.ini, search for "ConsoleKey", edit the "F10" to "Tilde", save and close the file.

or just delete say/teamsay in talk

It's tab or F10. Why they changed it, I don't know.
