Do you like the Taunts?

Just curious what everyone thinks about the taunts. (voices, not the animations)

I really like taunts, since they give an extra dimension too the game. Maybe thats just me, but they are rather cool

Ive have not heard them all yet, but the robot taunts arent that cool as in 2003/2004.

On the other side, ive got heavy sound problems - so the audio does not have the same impact as in other UT titles

I like Jester's "taunts". Like when I fragged her with my Bio Rifle, she said, "that was just wrong. Next time, you can train with Othello." I fragged her again and she retorted with, "Eww, don't get that s**t in my hair."

They irritate me, I keep em turned off. I'm no fan of trash talking in general, though.

Plus, I get so sick of hearing lines like, "Well that plan failed!" The only one I found amusing was the Necris line, "I'll be back... again.. and again," but even then, it gets old almost immediately.

I like them, generally, but I'd like to see more of the old ones from the previous two games, too.

UT needs more mature taunts, some of them are just.............ugh.

Othello's "fo' shizzle" made me LOL! But then we have "f-yeah"...

i like them but im upset that they are bugged when characters play taunts from another voice pack.. i hope the patch fixes this

I actually wish more people would turn their auto-taunts off, whatever they sound like. :P

I do not like most of the taunts but Jester's are great.

I'm used to "Die b*t*h" and "You Wh**e" from the earlier games. What's with this PG garbage? That's why they have the mature taunt option.

On that note, what taunts does "Allow mature taunts" open up? I haven't heard anything offensive at all. I'd prefer not to have to hear "You're going to feel that one in a minute" said by twelve different people with twelve different inflections.

Ive not played it yet only the demo.

From what ive heard they were really crappy and the voice acting isnt cool at all.

Things like F YEH.

This game is supposed to be an 18 according the the disk so id expect them to say ****.
