Game wont run

I just bought this, the Limited Edition version, installed it, and it refuses to start up. I updated my DirectX to make sure its up to date. My specs are Athlon64 6400+, 2GB ram, 8800GTX graphics. Any suggestions would be great.

So what does "refuses to start up" mean? Is there an error-message or something? More detail would be helpful.

I am having the same problem too.

I get the message that "d3dx10_35.dll" cannot be found.

Since I am running Windows XP, there is no Direct X 10, it's Vista only.

Maybe set

AllowD3D10=False

In the UTEngine.ini file found in:

My Documents\My Games\Unreal Tournament 3\UTGame\Config\

That file does not exist at that location.

i have the same problem, after some tests i found out its a fault with my dvd drive.
