Many people are annoyed with dynamic music. Well, aside of the fact some tracks are annoying, there are very nice too - like Mech8 and Go Down remixes. But the frequent song swap kills it all. The reason is the damage-idle triggering style.
Idea of solution - as far as the action tune is supposed to play when there's action going, make it play all the time the player is active. So ambient version should play when:
* player is dead (this swap condition should be switchable because sometimes it would be annoying)
* player has just loaded the map but didn't press fire so is spectating
* there is no bots or other players on the server
* match has concluded.
