No it doesn't.
I Did mine three ways though to make sure everything was completely unlocked.
I went into the custom character ini and unlocked everything.
Then I went into the game, opened console and typed "unlockallchars"

Then went into the custom character menu, and entered the unlock codes.

I've seen this thread so many times I hate replying but for the sake of enlightenment.
larsdidriksen, there are other characters Kensai and Talan who you need to unlock manually. Search the forums to find it. They require some code changes to unlock.

A real shame that they took out the 2 most legendary characters out of the game.

I can still remember the opening scene of UT99, Brock entering the arena, ready to fight the great Xan Kriegor.

I believe they were using a malcom player model in demos early on, so many speculate they'll release that model later on in some bonus content pack.

What akira posted using the "unlockallchars" will give you the same bonus characters from your store and all the others, you don't need the **** card.

I think Gamestop needs to give it to you. I think you had to preorder to get it. I did and they were confused by the bonus code and giving me my free copy of Unreal Anthology. I got the game but I still need to go back for the code.
