Hows the leviathan

Is it better or worse than UT2K4 version? Whats the new driver seat weapon? Before, it was a homing missile launcher, but what did they change it to?

The driver seat weapon is more like a much more powerful slower firing link gun, it's not as insane as the homing missiles in the ut2k4 version, but it drives you to actually fill the seats of the leviathan for maximum potential.

If u press Spacebar..it brings out the big gun(don't know its name), down fall is once the gun is out...u can't move the levithan till u put it back

It's called the Ion Cannon and that hasn't changed from the UT2004 version. Oh yeah the other turrets now fire like shock rifles with a secondary fire of a small shield like the paladin uses to protect both themselves and the leviathan.

The Leviathan is clumsier than ever. If you try to take a turn and hit even the slightest bump in the terrain, the whole vehicle grinds to a halt and you have to back up to get free. You have to drive super-careful, which feels kinda out of place in a giant six-wheeled offroad vehicle.

While driving, the driver now controls a weapon that's just like the old passenger turrets, in other words; useless. You're nearly unable to defend yourself with it. If you're alone and you get attacked while moving, you have to switch to one of the "layzur" turrets to fight back. You can also not use the crappy driver weapon while deploying/undeploying, which again means you have to switch to one of the turrets for a brief moment (or waste time waiting).

The turrets all have the same secondary but they all have different primary attacks.
IIRC:
- one fires beams similar to the ones fired by defense turrets
- one fires rapid, minigun like beams that aren't very precies
- one fires bursts of fireballs
- one first shock cores lookalike that can't be detonated

Serenity (a levi gets built for you when you hold the mine node), and onyx coast.

In campaign mode you also at some point play on torlan necris with a levi as your only vehicle, against blue team who have the normal set of necris vehicles.

Consider the following before you lower yourself to posting condescending elitist ****:

1. The only way to win WAR-Serenity_Necris in the campaign is to score higher than the rest of your team combined. Welcome to a world where you have to be a hero.
2. With only three teammates, getting a passenger means only two people are left to defend whichever node you're not at. Such a small team is much more efficient with just a single person in the Leviathan.
3. Teamplay with bots? Let me know when it's in the patch, will you?

The best thing about the new levi is, that you are now able to crush any smaller vehicles and destroy them under your giant wheels Your are also able to crush a crouching Dark Walker

The levi needs some improvement imo, just look what a kamikaze scorpion can do http://forums.beyondunreal.com/showthread.php?t=192214 now the leviathan is very light, or the scorpions kamikaze is superpowerfull.
