In most games, its like this. some guy comes in as a robot or necris, or krail. They are called noob becouse they dont use a human charater. then kicked out.

Happens in Halo too, you dont play as a spartan, you are called a noob, and are kicked out.

But that's a reason to switch to a robot model - if you get kicked, you'd know that you've found a retarded poser server you shouldn't waste time on it and will try finding a good one. (but nope, I'm not gonna switch from my cute Crash-style babe customchar anyway :P)
