Video problem! pls help !!

after i made my video setup in the game menu and put the res on 1024x768, high details, apply, exit, enter again.
the menu is on 1024x768 resolution whit high details, but when i'm starting a game (+skiping the clips because it crashes)... the gameplay is at a low quality on a 640x480 res.


video: gf 7600 GT, directx 9, 163.75 forceware.
cpu: 2800+
ram: 1 gb

pls help !!! sorry for my english!

try updating the nvidia drivers first to see if that helps



EDIT: Your card is not good enough to go at high settings you might want to bump it down to 3 or maybe two in worse case scenerio. Just trying to be helpful

and the same happens on 800x600 whit details on 3

OK, first things first, whoever told you a 7600 GT isn't good enough for high settings is mad, I have the same card, made by XFX and I run the game on full settings... with an average 25-30 FPS... WHAT IS HAPPENING, is more then likely your CPU can't keep... I run the game on a 4200+ with only 1.5 gigs of RAM and it plays fine on full, I never dip below the 25 mark... Update drivers... get a new CPU... but your graphics card isn't the problem
