Game Registration Code?

I just registered Unreal Tournament 3 collectors edition that I bought today. According to the game manual back cover instructions, it says to register at Midway and enter your "game access code" to receive one of these items: hints, cheat codes, wallpapers. Well I registered but the page form did not include any field to enter my game code? What gives? No biggie but just curious why its on the back cover of the game manual if you can't use the game access code so whats the point?
