dont worry it will be a custom gametype. well atleast i hope nobody tryes make one on a diff gametype .

If you don't like the dodge jump, then don't play on mutated servers. Simple.

I think you can't expect every modder to work on the UI. :P And some players actually appreciate a dodge jump mutator, even if it's only or mainly for trials.
