Gamestop release date

Pre-ordered UT3 Gamestop today. They told me it would be available on the 20th. I thought the release date was the 19th. Anybody know what's up with that?

I don't know but I pre-ordered at gamestop also. Boy, I sure hope I need not lay waste to an entire shopping center.

Digging around a little more, apparently the shipping date is the 19th (which is the date places like Amazon have listed) but the sale date at brick-and-mortars is the 20th.

It won't ship on a Sunday, so you they have to wait till Monday to ship it meaning it won't get to you until Tuesday.

That's what they were explaining to me. I'm still not sure if I made the right choice by pre-ordering at gamestop and not simply ordering online at Amazon. From what I've read, they usually get the game at their house on release-release day.
