UnReal characters and foundation for UT3

The good people at Epic could you be so kind as to build the models and foundation for a Unreal SP game for UT3 and release it as a bonus pack. We are not looking for a full-blown game, but the characters from the 1st UnReal and Return to Na Pali and what ever code work that needs to be in place that is not all ready in place in UT3. That way the SP crowd can have a updated engine to work with and would not have to spend all their time building every thing from the ground up.

If you want SP - play Gears or some other SP shooter.
