Yup, it's in the dead center of the road in suspense. I use it to load up my avril and sniper and rain death on the opposing team from the udamage platforms

Yes, only seen it on one map though.

All lights on the map shift color, the music changes and there is a loud sound effect when it spawns.

I've heard there is an Invincible and a Juggernaut. I have no idea what Juggernaut does.

Juggernaut is when you grab both an AMP and a Berserk at the same time
