    UT3 Xbox360 Suggestions

    I have been testing UT3 on PC for some time now and I am really looking forward to the xbo360 version.

    But may I give you some suggestions which are really important to me and i guess also to the 360 community.

    1. Aimassist:
    Make an option for switching aimassist ON/OFF, I mean sure that its easier to start with that when you are a beginner , but I have been playing Unreal Championship 2 for a long time now and I have to admit that the "right stick aimassist fuction" is just a big failure, as all the players on XBL are using it and I dont see any skill or aim in it any more, so I think that this suggestion would be a great solution.

    2. Spectator Mode:
    A Spectator Mode is really important for e-sport games now, either for coverage and commentating games or just too watch some good players to learn from them.

    3. Record Demos
    I am not sure if this could be implemented in the 360 version but it would be great and just another form of solutions of many problems. For example: leagues would be able to analyse the games, players could watch some good players demos to learn from them ...

    4. Button Option
    This Option would allow players to set their button configs as they please, as for example "i dont like JUMP on A in UC2 so i would like to have it at the right trigger"

    5. FOV:
    As I dont like playing Unreal on standart "fov 90" but something around 120 it would be great if you could implement such option to x360, for switching your FOV lets say at a max of 130 or so.

    6. Weapon Smoke trails:
    I am not sure if this is possible but it would be a good option for player who like to play above casual standarts, because smoketrails are harming your sight to aim

    7. View Weapon:
    Allright I am one of many player who play with "gun 0" on PC and it would be great seeing such thing on x360 too.

    8. Sensitivity:
    Its not enough to choose your sensitivity for both sticks with 1 option, but i would like to have a sens changer for each stick as it is more confortable to me and more to your on favoure.

    This thread is a shout out to the xbox360 fans, and you are allowed to post some suggestions if i have forgotten something important.

    As i am sure that there are going to be some "go play on PC post?", I am a huge fan of x360 and besides there is skill needed with the controller, and no i dont think that these changes would ruin the verginity of xbox360 standarts, as everyone still has got the same standarts to play with, the above mentioned suggestions are just further improvements for players like me who would like to play UT3 on a higher level.

    1. OFF aimasist !!! Aimasist is only for noobs and I am NOT noob this is why i dont want aimasist in UT3 !!! :-)

    2. Hidden gun mod ON/OFF !!! Because all good progamers plays with hidden gun and i am good progamer this is why i play with hidden gun !!! :-)

    3. Button option !!! custom buttons option !!!

    4. FOV !!! 90 - 130

    These are the most important things for progamers and i am a progamer, so these things are important for me too !!!

      The lock on feature for UC2 was mainly for melee, but it eventually started getting used for ranged weapons too. However, you won't have to worry about that, it won't be in UT3. In UC2, the Jump wasn't only on (A), it was also on left thumbstick click, so it was accessible to everyone. Also, about the sensitivity. Why would you need to set the sensitivity for each stick? One stick is to move forward/back & strafe left/right. The other is for aiming. So you'd only need to set a sensitivity for aiming.

      As i am sure that there are going to be some "go play on PC post?"
      It sounds like most of the things you're suggesting would make it too much like PC. Like the FOV, Hide Gun, and Smoke Trails (I guess you mean weapon effects?). Having the option to toggle these things are unnecessary for a console game.

        1. No joining in the middle of a match
        2. Better scoring system (Scores for flag takers)
        3. No more armours in corners. Those who just wondering around should not be rewarded. In the centre of the maps is fine.

            well it would just be good for some higher level play and good for some none casual players, as i want to have more free space to change the options like FOV because i like playing FOV 120, it gives you more sight and better controll view over the map and the enemies moves.

            Smoke trails was meant right, the smoke behind weapons missiles like the rockets could be removeable.

            The 2 button sens, well that was my fault i meant view button sense changeable axes X and Y sensitivity changer that would be cool.

            But thank you for atleast noticing the thread

              i think the weapon, ammo and armor placement is allright. Thats a type of map gameplay and it is intended and im satisfied with it, heating the gameplay up by close range fights, i think thats what makes Unreal.
