Any reviews, screenshots etc. for DirectX 9 VS Direct 10 for German UT3 Final?

I was wondering if any of the German folks who bought the game and own a very high end machine with Vista can give us details on DirectX 10 VS. DirectX 9. Usually the review sites have such things first, so are there any reviews for UT3 final that touch on this aspect?

Didn't Mark Rein say that Epic was going to release DX10 features later, as a patch? (Some Beyond Unreal interview, I forget which one...)

i heard dx10 is not in the retail. it comes with a patch. ????

From what I've read, UT3 is not DX10. They might add it later with a patch (think MRein said that).
