Can any of you make the game look like these screen shots?

Especially the last screen shot listed, it just looks so vibrant and the textures on the level, weapons and players look really good.

I mean look at the texturing on the players, that just looks so much better then the screen shots I've seen so far, looks much more detailed and smooth.

I don't buy jpg ruining the game quality, the screen shots I linked to are jpgs.
