That happens automatically and anti-proportionally to your own skin. The more you stay inside playing the game and lose colour the more your character's tan will darken.

That way it's easy to spot UT veterans both in real life as well as in game.

Armor, not the characters themselves from what I've read, head, shoulders, legs mask etc.

You can change his face to. But you cant make him have more muscle ore something like that.
