you know crysis graphics are overhyped though? not as good as people make them out to be has some pretty crappy textures even on max.
Not on my system they aren't I've played all the games in question (or demos) and nothing beats crysis for graphics technology. Run on very high (DX10). The lighting alone is stunning, the depth of field (again the DX10/hacked dx9 version) and the object blur are all superb.
I'm not going to argue about it, it's obvious to anyone with a decent pair of eyes.
oh and I don't judge overall graphics quality and immersive capabilities on the look of a few textures or even texture quality alone, I can forgive the odd dodgy texture because it all fits together well.

I played the Crysis demo, and um... it was boring.
