how do i change keyboard settings

i was wondering how the hell do you change your mouse senstivity in game and the keyboard settings. I looked for a good 15 minutes and could find nowhere to change the settings. am i that retarded? im talking about the pc demo version hope this is right place

go to settings
there you find the Input tab, and on the lower botton in the right you will find keyboard settings
for the mouse...someone will deirect you to a good ini tweak thread

Dont bother, that setting is broken for the most part.
