    Is there any way to bind a command to a key?

    Just wondering if you could bind commands such as the spawning vehicles commands, because its kind of tiring to type it all out all the time. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

    I think you'd have to create a macro in an external program.

      In ut2004 it was 'set input [key] command'.
      [key] being whichever button.
      So for example, 'set input u behindview1' would have meant whenever you press 'u', you get the 3rd person view.
      I'm not sure about in ut3, but try it out, and try out simlpy 'set [key] command' too. That might work.

          in UTinput.ini, you have think like this :
          Bindings=(Name="F9",Command="shot")
          for example

          well you change it so you have
          Bindings=(Name="F9",Command="summon utcontent.utvehicles_darkwalker_content")
          this way, when you press F9, a darkwalker summons.

          (i don't think it's the right cmmand BTW)

            ya i wonder how the new format is going to work with ingame commands like "set input"... its no longer as simple as Key=Action... Perhaps they added a function to format it correctly on the back end in the full version.

              It looks like it's called setbind here: http://forums.epicgames.com/showpost...06&postcount=5
