Multiplayer options

I have purchased all the previous UR games and love to play. My questions for this new game is:

1. can you setup LAN games ?

2. When playing multiplayer in a LAN setup possibly can you generate bots?

3. Can you play any multiplayer game and create bots with live players?

Not only that, but you can have all the players on one team vs bots on another if you want.
