I don't see a need to remix every single UT song. If you want to hear those tracks, it's easy enough to find them in .ogg format and set them as the music track in maps.
I would much rather hear new original tracks then keep hearing remixes of old content. Just hope the new tracks are half has good as the tracks in UT99.
