Hoverboard Decapitation Mutator?

In some of the older interviews they were talking about how the hoverboards could originally decapitate opponents but it was removed because it felt too cheap. So I'm hoping that it gets added as a mutator, what do you think?

What people do you play with where you get close enough to decapitate them with your board?

You get knocked off by something as simple as enforcer bullet, let alone trying to go for someone who is spamming stinger.

You should play trick jumps over your buddy's head but if your bad you'll decapitate your buddy

I like it, kinda balancing since getting hit off the hoverboard is extremely easy and costly.

I think decapitating would be too much. A knock down would be more then enough for you to jump off the board and kill him.

The more mutators the better, as long as they aren't useless.
