Hitbox and damage in UT?

How das damage work in UT, is there any difference in damage if you hit someone in the leg, body or head? I saw that there was headshot for sniper but what about other weapons?

i know that ive hit a guy in the head with a rocket and he died instantly...and in the chest it was the same

flak in the face instakill people but on the legs, they survive .
