as far as i know yes, don't know if its better or worse though.

k thanx not worried about if its better or worse just dont want to have to put 32 bit back on my main comp i have an old p4 2.66 gig with 32 bit but dont want to have to use that comp

It will work if you use the 64bit patch, but IMO i think its a bit embarrassing for epic that it didn't work straight off the bat to begin with.
