How to see FPS in UT3?

how do you see the frames per second in ut3? is their a certin comman

Is there another command to see network traffic and stuff like in counter strike u get fps, netspeeed, lan speed etc down the bottom right?

open console and type "stat fps"

Don't know about network packets and such though sorry.

console is the tilde button
type in stat fps then hit enter.

You can use "stat net" to see network info.
