I know that when a player already made an account I can't use the same name, my question is If a guy already has the name in the demo, that means I can't use that name in the retail game?

You can use the same name, but the passwords are different to distinguish between users. Two people may have the same name, but whoever logs in first in an online game will keep their name. The additional person will have their name changed (probably a number appended at the end)Comment
