translocator? redeemer? where!

Okay, from what I can tell you can use both the translocator and redeemer in the VCTF map, but I cannot find out where the redeemer is and how to use the translocator! The button, Q, for translocator/hoverboard just toggles the hboard on and off... any info on these?

The redeemer is under the bridge.

AFAIK, there is no trans in vehicle gametypes. Q should get you the hoverboard instead. In nonvehicle gametypes it'll get you the trans.
