Menu system in UT3

Are there any plans to replace the menu system \ GUI when UT3 ships on the PC?

In my opinion, the menu system in the demo is one of the worse iv seen, what ever happened to the great UT2004 one?

Also is there any news of the F3 personal stats to be back in? as I think they have dropped that
