multiplayer specs?

my first post here,just gettin ready 2 rejoin ut world after a long time away.
anyway my point for posting...

i have a pretty good rig,it meets system recommendation.
BUT is this recommendation for single player part of the game.
because all those cpu co-ordinated bots ect...realy eat up the cpu
an if so
what are the recommended requirements for mp?
lower than stated values im sure
i only say this because it seems that everyone an there uncle is spending sh/eap loads of cash upgrading ..is this realy essential??
just thought id give(probably right) hope to people wanting to join the fray,with a tight budget.

The requirements apply to every aspect of the game, not just single player... good rig + decent connection is all you need

Those specs are for single- and multiplayer.. the CPU will be busy anyway (bot calculations or managing netcode etc).
