You're going to have more than just computer trouble if you can't figure a simple java application out...

You select your parts from the drop-down menus (skip the overclocking). Then you hit the button that says "calculate" or something like that. I did the liberty of doing this for you; you scored at a 10.4, which is mostly low settings but with a few on medium.

P.S. Use the 6600 128 anyway (the difference is negligible when talking about outdated cards; the settings are going to be the same either way)

wow. you seem a tad incompetent. The 6600 128 and the 6600 256 are basically the same thing.....

The 256MB version is a better card to have than the 128MB version. Lemme put it this way: I bought the 128MB version of that card a week before the 256MB version was announced. If I knew a 256MB version would have been made, I'd have waited a couple weeks or more to get it.

To answer the question in the opening post, yeah you can run the game in low-medium settings.

The same card yes, but the other has 2x more vRAM. And believe me, in a game like UT3, the extra 128 MB will be a lifesaver. He'll be able to use sharper textures and display resolution with minimal performance decrease, while the same settings would kill the performance on the 128 version. That of course depends on how sharp one wants the graphics to be. If the total video memory usage would be less than 128 MB, chances are both cards would offer nearly identical performance.

Yes you can run it, you'll have to tone the grfx settings down however because your card wont render everything that well.
