The LinkGun returns as the primary node-building tool, though you now need only stand close to a fellow LinkGun wielding team mate to enjoy the multiplied damage, effectively allowing all to fire at the target.

Link gun will be to UT3 what the lightning gun was to 2k4. That's my prediction.

Personally, I liked the link chains. Added some strategy to it's use
Tho if they made it so chains net a larger boost than proximity, I wouldn't mind

Well most didn't seem to realize how to use it, either 2 guys linked one that built the node or none of them linked and all built the node, this way it doesn't matter if the guy's a spanner, you still benefit.
