I was just wondering how many people can be in one server at a time?

And

Will map making/ mod making come with the game and be easy to use?

1] I'm not sure it has been announced yet for PC, I might be wrong.

2] Yes, Epic has always shipped the tools they used to make their game along with the actual game [pc]. The editor isn't simple honestly, as in, you can't just open it on your first time and start making maps etc. There are some good learning sites for the ed.

There is no limit on the player count, whatever the server can handle.
