I'd like packaging specifics on the PS3 too. I'm curious if they'd include any tutorials that they would normally include in a PC SE edition since the PS3 version can use PC mods.

tutorials for what ? how to use mods ? read the manual
the tutorials were there to help you MAKE mods. but you can't do that on a PS3
