This could mean one of three things.

1. This is just a DM-Demo of UT3, and the full game will be released sometime late this year.

2. The game will be released BEFORE July 26th. (highly unlikely, but I'll keep my fingers crossed)

or 3. The game will be released shortly after Comic-Con, probably around the release of Halo 3, (September 23rd). (Highly unlikely, but, again, my fingers are crossed for the earliest possible COMPLETED release. No updates later, unless it's to fix a bug they may have missed or for some other important reasoning, ).
