Why? IT'S WAY TOO MESSY! Look at this:

Just change the skin in the upper right corner of your webadministrationinterface to the UT2k4 one and it will look much better.

Doesn't make it less cluttered though. Especially the mutator selection part can definitely be improved.

i suggest something where you can just tick boxes of settings you want, and any extra you can add in a ini style
