I'd guess that system would be able to run UT3 at normal and high settings but not maximum.

I love these threads. They always seem to be started by people with PC's that are way above average, even for a gaming rig.

Why didn't you title the thread, "Hey everyone, look at my E-*****!".

rofl nice lol.... no I'm getting this PC because I'm fed up with the one I have got and I don't want to buy a crappy computer that wont run the games I want to play so I thought I would invest a lot of money and get something that will last

as for "Where can I get one of those" go on http://www.overclockers.co.uk

aaww they're just normal 2.4GHz dual cores. I wanted a 4.8GHz dual core.

You won't have any trouble running the game with those specs. There are no specs released right now, but if a modern high-end system can't run this game...epic's screwed. They're not dumb.

I just noticed you have the crossfire. The Crossfire is about dead-center powerful between the 8800GTS and the 8800GTX. IMHO you should just shell out for the 8800GTX. You're basically just spending about the same about on a last generation card that doesn't support DX10 and isn't as fast...

                      Edit:
http://www.bjorn3d.com/read_pf.php?cID=1050 You can see here that even when they have their system running in crossfire configuration (SLI) they still don't beat out the 8800GTX except in one or two cases at very high resolutions...and that's probably a question of bandwidth or just a fluke. You can see, it's all there. The CF configuration BARELY beats out a SINGLE 7900GTX setup in some tests...

For one crossfire ready card you're gonna pay somewhere between $440 and $500. To get a pair of them you're going to be setting back a huge chunk of change. The cheapest I've seen them is when you buy a pair at one time at newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102076 Even with that rig you're still gonna be beat in most cases by a single 8800GTX...and you're paying almost $800 for it.

                      Go with the 8800.

I find it entertaining that people even have the nerve to ask whether their rig will RUN the game.. It's like gee, the game is coming out later this year (probably) so if they want the game to do well at ALL on the PC obviously it is going to RUN on a PC built anytime in the past 2 years (with gamer specs)
