    Found this on the internets

Of course they thought the Stinger was the Minigun, but what ever. It's another perspecitve on T3H D3MO

While he claimed to be an Unreal fan, he seemed rather out of the loop, but some of the info was interesting. I really can't wait to "nail people to the wall" with the Stinger.

He may be an Unreal fan, but haven't played the game in some time. It's not like that would be the first time that's happened.

Or actually, he may not have known the Minigun is being replaced by the Stinger. And they are functionally-similar, anyhow.

There's plenty of interaction to be found as well; a spinning windmill provides an interesting roadblock in your path to flag-y goodness, forcing you to time your vehicle acceleration to get through the gaps without getting flattened.

            Two quotes I found pleasing:

Further into our CTF carnage, the most prominent impression we get from UT3 is a sense of ironing out the edges of previous installment 2004, which in many respects was a patch-job and update of the somewhat weaker entry UT 2003.
We're convinced that UT3 improves upon and irons-out all of the already-fantastic gameplay from 2004, and really could live up to Epic's promise of producing "the greatest deathmatch game ever" if it continues on course.

Sounds like a game of mini-golf gone horribly awry.

Well, it wasn't a windmill at all... I don't know what he's talking about. It was a waterwheel.

The wheel itself is pretty huge and hangs out over a small body of water. There's a route right through the spokes of the wheel house where it's entirely possible to get crushed.
