Hi, seing that now the 360 is getting UT3, i wondered if the PC version would be jumping on the "Games for Windows" thing Microsoft are doing (Didnt Mark Rein say awhile ago in an interview he thought that it was a good idea ?).
Basically it means the game gets extra testing, proper intergration with vista, 360 pad support (if the game has gamepad support), and extra cool things like widescreen support in every game, 32bit and 64bit support and im pretty sure extra things. And a nicer looking box with the Games for Windows branding at the top
Personally i think it would be a good thing if it is, puts more confidence in me that im getting a good product, instead of some Ubisoft plop, ya know ?
This is a long shot, and i highly doubt it would happen for obvious reasons, whats the likelyhood of cross-play with the 360, like Shadowrun is doing ? (It would certainly be cool to play my 360 buddies, and own them
).
I did search to see if these questions had been asked before so dont burn me with your fearsome typing skills please
